Crossfit - January 2nd
First session back after Christmas holidays. Wasn’t pretty. Too overweight. Push Ups take too long. As usual first in group through rounds 1 and 2. Last by the end.
- A) EMOM for 11 minutes. 1 snatch from the 1, 1 from the 2. (40kg (concentrating on technique))
- B) 7 rounds. 5x hang power snatch 50kg, 10 hand release push up and 20 air squat. (Around 20mins, didn’t look at clock!, slow out. Round 1 and 2 took about 90s per round, about 3-4 minutes per round by the end)
